Tax Policy
You agree that you as buyer and we as seller are responsible for determining the amount of sales, use or other taxes that you may owe as a result of your Marketplace purchase. You also agree that as seller we are responsible to collect, to report and to remit any sales, use or other taxes as may be required under applicable law. You agree (a) that has no responsibility to collect, report or remit sales, use or any other applicable taxes in connection with your purchase, and (b) to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless from any and all claims, demands, damages, awards, fines, costs, expenses and liability in any way associated with foregoing. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, currently automatically charges sales tax with respect to any marketplace products shipped to California.
We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, or FPO Boxes. We use a variety of shippers, some of whom do not allow delivery to PO Boxes. To prevent the need to cancel your order after it has been placed, we do not allow orders to ship to any PO Boxes for any orders. Additionally, there are certain restrictions on exporting certain kinds of technology outside of the United States. These restrictions complicate or prevent our suppliers from shipping products to APO or FPO mailboxes. As a result, we do not ship to any APO Boxes or FPO Boxes.

Please contact us within 30 days to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization, RMA. Any returned item without RMA will be refused. Arrangement and expense of the returned item are the buyer’s responsibility. All returned items must be in original packaging, unassembled and undamaged. All hardware and parts must be included. We do not accept any opened or used items, even if the item has been wrongly ordered. The refund amount will be the original total less the original shipping cost. If the purchase was sent with FREE SHIPPING, our original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be credited within 1 week from date of arrival for the returned item. No returns are accepted after the 30 Day Return Policy periods. Buyer may not refuse delivery as a way to return an item. All refused delivery items are subject to restocking fees plus deduction of the return shipping cost. Cancellation of Orders: The order cannot be cancelled after it is processed. Cancellation request must be received before processing the order. If the cancellation request was received after the order is processed the order will be subject to return policy Change of Address: In order to keep the online shopping experience safe, we cannot change the shipping address on the order no matter of its shipping status. If the shipping address needs to be changed then, you have to cancel the order and place a new one after updating the new shipping address.
